How to get the original queue results back once the results for cases using the search functionality button are displayed.
Once the search results are brought back in the client using the Capsys logo (), there are steps that are needed to restore the queue results back to the original results. These steps are listed below.
- Click on the Capsys search logo ().
- The search window will come up with the current search criteria. You will need to put the cursor in the text box and clear the search criteria and click on search.
3. At this point, the queue will be blank with no cases in the queue.
4. To then display the original queue results, click on the refresh logo pictured below.
