Default values do not fill into fields

Issue: When using default values for example "current user' and 'scan user" the field is not being filled in with value.

Resolution: The resource.js file needs to be edited to load the default values on loading the index fields. The resource.js file can be found in the CAPSYS directory under inetpub. The value that needs to be edited is VAR GetDefaultValuesOnDocLoad. By default it is set to 0, and needs to be changed to VAR GetDefaultValuesOnDocLoad=1. After the change is made and a IISRESET, NET STOP W3SVC and NET START W3SVC commands will need to performed on the web server.
