Getting error when Opening Email Gateway module after installation

Issue: After installing Email Gateway Module and opening configuration I get the error below;

Solution: This issue is caused usually by two possible items below:

 

1)      Install path was incorrectly  configured during install and/or reinstallation. It is recommended that the installation path always be for example; x:\capsys capture suite\E-Mail_gateway path and one on the D: drive c:\program files(x86)\capsys capture suite\E-Mail_gateway

2)      The Register Email-Gateway.bat needed to be run to re-register the gateway dll.
