Barcodes look good but are not being read by Barcode Separation QSX

Problem: The barcodes on the documents look clean and can be read by other barcode utilities, but they are not being recognized in the Barcode/Separation QSX in CAPSYS

Resolution: In the Options tab in the Barcode Separation QSX module, there is a feature called “Dilate.”   Dilate will enhance the barcode during the barcode recognition phase of the process.  Check this box and reactivate the profile and retest. This should resolve the issue.   Note: that Dilate only applies to the Recognition TAB, not the Separation Tab at this time.
