Changes are lost when a case is unlocked

Issue:  There is no write access to the process data store.

Resolution:  In order to ensure that changes made to the UNC, HTTP or FTP files are saved, the individual user must have the proper “Write Access” to the files and shared folders.

1. If UNC is used, it is the user account of the person logged into the workstation
2. If HTTP is used, it is the IIS anonymous user account
3. If FTP is used, it is the FTP user account
