Runtime error displayed when trying to open the Web client.



When going to the Capsys webpage “Server Error in ‘/CAPSYS’ Application” Runtime Error is displayed.

1.       Launch IIS and examine the CAPSYS Web Site (Basic Settings). As shown below the ‘Application Pool’ is incorrect.

2.       The application pool should look like this below when configured correctly. For CAPSYS 4.3 it should be ‘Classic .NET AppPool’.

3.       After the change is made, perform an IIS reset and Start and Stop of the W3SVC service.
