Capsys Capture Tab does not function properly

Problem: In the Capsys Capture Web Client after logging into the client and clicking on Capture tab nothing happens. No errors are displayed. All other tabs including Classify and Index work as expected.

Resolution: Checked the IPS protection logs for traffic coming from malfunctioning CAPSYS CAPTURE PC and saw some traffic being dropped by the IPS protection "JavaScript Payload Encoding".  An exception was made that allowed JAVA script to function and that resolved the issue. If the IP Address to CAPSYS server software is changed, the IPS configuration will need to be updated.
