Problem: When trying to scan in Capsys web client and clicking scan the error message "Message received out of sequence" is displayed.
Solution: This problem is usually because the USB port is in a hung state. Power off the scanner power off the PC unplug the USB cable from the back of the PC reboot the computer. Power on the scanner then plug the USB cable into a different USB port. Let the driver reinstall itself. You will notice the installation process is complete when a pop up shows up in the system tray. There should be no errors at that point. Then try and perform a scan and it should work.
