Problems printing in webclient

PROBLEM:

When  trying to print the whole batch (any batch) with the option provided (Screenshot), Error message receive when trying to print is attached. The system let will let you print page by page.

SOLUTION:

updated print.htm. Rename and replace the file which is located C:\inetpub\CAPSYS using attachment.
