The Resource.js File has been configured to disable client prompts, but prompts are still seen

Issue:  The “Resource.js” File has been configured to disable any client prompts and the prompts are still being displayed on the screen.

Resolution:   Settings within the CAPSYS Capture Web Client can override the “Resource.js” File.  The default within the Web Client sets the following prompts:

1. Saving Index Values
2. Releasing Batches from Index Page
3. Releasing Batches from Capture Page
4. Completing Cases from Queue
5. Unlocking Cases

Open the “Preferences” Dialog Box, update and set your desired settings for the five (5) prompts and select “SAVE”.  If there is no local preference selected, the resource default setting will be used.
