Issue: PDF Files during the intake process can open in a separate window and not in the CAPSYS Capture Viewer.
Resolution: The Browser or viewer window needs to be configured to use Acrobat or Adobe Reader software. Complete the following steps to correct the issue:
- Exit Internet Explorer/CAPSYS Capture Viewer
- Start Acrobat or Adobe Reader
- Choose Edit Preferences
- Select Internet in the list on the left
- Select Display PDF in Browser, and click “OK”
- Restart Internet Explorer/CAPSYS Capture Viewer
