Can't see some or all batch profiles after import even though rights are assigned

Issue: Batch Profiles that have been assigned rights cannot be seen in the Web Client in CAPSYS Capture.


Resolution:  There are several steps that need to be completed to ensure that a Batch Profile can be seen and used within the CAPSYS Capture Web Client.


  1. Close the Web Client
  2. Open the Batch Profile in server manager, “Activate” and “Save” it
  3. Access the Server Group from the Server Manager
  4. Under “Profiles” select the “Add” Option
  5. Select the Batch Profile and then “OK”
  6. Restart the service, if needed
  7. Restart the Web Client and the Batch Profile should be available
