Issue: Batch Profiles that have been assigned rights cannot be seen in the Web Client in CAPSYS Capture.
Resolution: There are several steps that need to be completed to ensure that a Batch Profile can be seen and used within the CAPSYS Capture Web Client.
- Close the Web Client
- Open the Batch Profile in server manager, “Activate” and “Save” it
- Access the Server Group from the Server Manager
- Under “Profiles” select the “Add” Option
- Select the Batch Profile and then “OK”
- Restart the service, if needed
- Restart the Web Client and the Batch Profile should be available
