Problem: In Capsys 2015 and SQL 2015R2 there has been a problem reported that batches get stuck in a "pending" state in the document level profile.
Resolution:
Attached is a mandatory SQL Script that should be run after the installation of any CAPSYS 2015 or 2015R2 system, and should ran if you are experiencing this issue. This patch resolves documents that are noted in the Case Manager as "locked by Pending in Case Manager" and do not appear to move out of a document level process.
Please remove the following Stored procedure from the CAPSYS SQL DB and execute the attached SQL script
