Office365 Email Gateway configuration

Problem: CAPSYS email gateway is not connecting to email account after going through configuration for Office365.


Solution: When connecting the CAPSYS Email Gateway to Office365 the following three items are required for a successful configuration.

  1. Office 365 web url
  2. Email address
  3. Password


When using Office365 you do not need the username like when configuring an Exchange connection, you only need the information listed above.
